Summary of Hotwacks Review 12-03

This show has been released several times (Forced To Confess" (GDR), "Higher and 
Higher (Dob) and a few other CD-R labels.   Piggham seems to have found the best 
master of this tape, cleaned it up and presented it in a package with actual photos 
from the show.  It won't get any better, and unless a soundboard appears of this 
show it can't get any better.
